What does delivery cost and to which countries do you deliver?

We deliver our products to the Netherlands and Belgium. The exact
shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart based on the
weight and size of your order. Orders over €50 will be shipped free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

After placing your order, we will do our best to ship your package as
quickly as possible, and delivery typically takes place within 1-3
working days.

Is it possible to return products?

For hygienic reasons, our products cannot be returned. Returns can only
be considered in exceptional cases, such as damage to the product. We
are always ready to resolve any issues with our products. Please feel
free to contact us if you believe there is damage to your order

After placing your order, you will receive a track & trace code by email, allowing you to track your order.

health and safety standards. Our eyelashes are crafted from synthetic
fibers and vegan glue of the highest quality, ensuring they are safe for
use on or near the eyes.

What are the lashes made of?

After the application of our vegan glue, the lashes will stay in place for up to 12 hours.

How often can I use the lashes?

With proper maintenance and cleaning, our lashes can be reused up to 20 times

What material are the lashes made from?

Our lashes are crafted from synthetic fibers, a popular and ethical
choice for eyelash extensions. Synthetic fiber is both safe and
sustainable, making it an animal-friendly option.

Can I wash the lashes?

Absolutely! You can reuse the lashes up to 20 times with proper maintenance and washing.

Can you double stack the lashes?

Yes! You can double stack our lashes to create a more dramatic and voluminous look.

Are your products vegan and hypoallergenic?

All our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and hypoallergenic!

What ingredients are in the glue?

Water, acrylic acid, copolymer, propylene, glycol, sodium dehydroacetale, hydroxyethyl, cellulose, methylhydroxybenzoate.

How to apply and remove the lashes?

Step 1: Hold the lashes in front of your natural lash line to judge the length.


Step 2: Cut the eyelashes to the desired length, if necessary.


Step 3: Apply a thin layer of eyelash glue over the entire eyelash.


Step 4: Allow the glue to dry for approximately 15-30 seconds before applying.


Step 5: Use a lash applicator and press the lashes firmly against the lash line to secure them.

Step 1: Gently peel the lashes – start with the inner or outer corner of the eye.


Step 2: Remove the glue residue from the eyelashes for the next use.
